So Many Disasters! What Could Go Wrong?
If you think a disaster may never impact you and your family, think again. There are over 50 disaster types and they are happening more frequently then ever - almost every day! There are two categories of disasters: natural disasters and man-made disasters. Yet, disasters can be further divided into other sub-categories: Natural disasters (includes geological, meteorological, biological hazards and technology caused hazards). Additionally, man-made or human-caused disasters can be grouped into two sub-categories: accidental and intentional disasters.
